You’ll be on a roll when you play online craps

When you start playing online craps at Platinum Play, you’ll go toe-to-toe against the casino. As daunting as this may sound, it really isn’t, because the premise of this table game is super simple: you roll a pair of dice on the craps table and predict the outcome of the roll. As you roll the dice, you are known as the shooter, and your first roll of a round is known as a come-out roll. There are two primary phases in online craps – the come-out phase and the point phase.

The come-out phase

• This is the first phase of a craps game, where your aim is to roll a Natural and win a Pass Line bet or Don’t Pass bet, or establish the Point
• The objective in this phase: to roll a 7 or an 11, while betting on the Pass Line. If you roll a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 instead, a Point is established

Come-out roll: This determined the Point.

Point phase

• This is the second phase, where your aim is to make the Point before rolling a total of 7. The aim is to then roll the Point once it is established
• The objective in this phase: to roll the same number as the Point, before you roll a 7

Pass Line bet: This is a bet that a Natural will be rolled. Alternatively, you (as the shooter) will establish the Point on the Come-Out roll. This means that the dice will pass or win

Betting and payout rules

• If the outcome of a roll of the dice is a total of 7 or 11, you win even-money on a Pass Line bet
• If the outcome of a roll is a total of 2, 3 or 12, the Pass Line bet is lost
• If the outcome of a roll is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10, the number becomes the Point. You will continue to roll the dice until the Point is rolled again, or if a 7 is rolled
• If the Point is rolled again, the Pass Line bet pays even-money.
• If a 7 is rolled, the Pass Line bet is lost
• You can place an Odds bet (additional bets placed after the Come-out roll on the Pass Line bet, Don’t Pass bet, Come bet, Don’t Come bet and Place bet) once you have made the Point
• The Odds bet is placed next to the Pass Line bet
